Malika(VWF035) was born on December 8, 2000 in the Whiskers. Her mother was Georgina and her father was Ares. She was born in a litter of three with two litter-mates, one sister VWF033 and one brother VWM034. Malika's mother was not the dominant female but her aunt Fu Dog, and she could have killed or abandon the litter, however she had no pups of her own at the time and allow Georgina to keep her litter. Malika and her litter-mates survived their first few weeks and started foraging with the adults. Malika is still in the Whiskers today at five months old.
